The next mandate will have to work on developing a common
judging system for all IBTF disciplines. Training and examinations
for our judges in all disciplines. The possibility of judges specializing
in either technical or artistic disciplines. In view of the heavy
workload ahead of us, I’d like to create teams and take part in this
new experience.
Coach and judge, involved for many years in the judge’s commission,
head of the European judge’s commission, I want to continue to take
part in development.
For over 25 years, I have been actively involved in the work of the
World Judges Commission, the details and accomplishments of
which would be too long to list here…
Being readily available, having strong communication skills,
listening, sharing, and above all, Respect for all, seems to me to be
among the skills that the elected official in this position should have.
