Alessia Dolci, SWITZERLAND

I graduated from law university  in 2002 with a bilingual French and German degree.
Since 2006 I have been a lawyer and have a master's degree in criminology earned in 2009. In
2011, I earned a master's degree in Sport Administration in my region.
I speak Italian French English and German and understand Spanish.
I have two children and my 7-year-old daughter practices Twirling in the association in our region.

I have been part of the Swiss federation since 1984, I was an athlete then a coach, technical commissioner and since 2012 I have been president of the Swiss federation FSTB.
Since 2020 I have been Treasurer of the WBTF and Secretary from the European Commission. I know the projects for the benefit of our sport that I have been committed to for years and I am also willing to get involved in this important new chapter under the IBTF umbrella. Over the years of experience working alongside the WBTF President I know the work processes for budget presentation and how to supervise and control WBTF accounting remotely which is professionally followed by a trustee. During the year of the different sports seasons, I have held several meetings with the Audit Committee and the President regarding accounting.
FSTB has been part of Swiss Olympic Association for many years so I am familiar with the conditions and requirements required by these sports institutions to gain recognition even at the international level.

Tassy Véronique, FRANCE

My profession is accountancy, and during many years I was treasurer of NBTA Europe.
- A former twirling athlete
I discovered the world of twirling at the age of 7 and have never left! I practised my
sport in both the WBTF and the NBTA. I had the honour of being European team
champion in both disciplines.
- Former judge in France and internationally
My experience as a judge enabled me to train NBTA judges in France. Over the
years I've seen twirling evolve into this wonderful sport.
- President of NBTA France
For 14 years I've been at the head of NBTA France, and my knowledge of the field
has made my job easier. I know how difficult it is to satisfy everyone and to unite
different people around the same project.

Very involved in the world of twirling, I was at the origin of the gathering in
France of the two practices.
I'm therefore someone who knows both federations and the problems we can
encounter in bringing them together.
What's more, my seniority in the international arena is a strong point when it comes
to being a member of the IBTF board.
I've tried to keep my presentation short and to the point, because in my experience
documents that are too long are not fully read
